All orders are printed on-demand; nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for you.

Production takes 2–3 business days, followed by 3–7 days shipping. Plan for 6–10 days total from order placement. During December, add buffer. For orders outside this window, contact hello@theredefinery.company.

We'll get it to you. Patience is also a workplace skill.

Size Selection Protocol

Our shirts run true to size in most documented cases.

If you're between sizes, go larger; customer feedback supports this recommendation. Size charts with full measurements are on every product page. Still uncertain: hello@theredefinery.company.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We accept returns. No formal grievance process required.

Unworn, unwashed items qualify within 30 days of delivery. For damaged goods or print defects, email hello@theredefinery.company with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll sort it.

Print Durability - Post-Wash Performance

Our tees are built to outlast the average corporate initiative.

Cold wash, inside out, tumble dry low. Follow the care label. That's it.

Treat it with basic attention and it'll be fine. Same advice applies to most things.
