The Redefinery Company exists to put workplace absurdity on a t-shirt. Not to fix it. Not to inspire you through it. Just to acknowledge it; accurately, honestly, and with significantly better comedic timing than your last all-hands meeting.

How We Got Here

It started as conversations between people who work in offices, hospitals, schools, tech companies, and retail floors. Someone would say "synergy" in a meeting and everyone would exchange that look. Someone would announce another "quick sync" and the internal monologue would begin. We were all having the same conversation in our heads, just in different industries. So we decided to say it out loud. On t-shirts. Where it belongs.
